Vighen is an Armenian sculptor, who attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Armenia, then also graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan in Poland and, finally, the Academy of Florence, a city where he lives for most of the year. He has participated in symposia, exhibitions and competitions in various countries around the world. Avetis has a genuine and deep faith in art that emerges overbearing from his works, all the more so when he works in Florence, surrounded by the works of the greatest sculptors of the Renaissance.
